On 6th March, the school work inspection team consisting of Yao Dahu and Wang Gensheng with Anqing Education& Sports Bureau arrived at Anqing Foreign Language School to inspect the school work. Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli received the checking group. Also in company were Vice Principals Yan Hongping and Liu Bing as well as Principal Assistants Lao Guolin and Lu Dan.
In the first place, President Madam Huang Wenli introduced our school’s characteristics. To begin with, during the winter vacation, Anqing Foreign Language School carried out the featured homework program, which not only promoted students’ studies, but also eased their burdens. Then, Anqing Foreign Language School initiated the home visiting activities. All the administrative cadres and teachers participated in the project, each of whom at least entered one student’s family. On the other hand, head teachers entered three students’ families at least. In addition, Anqing Foreign Language School implemented the distinctive decoration of the International Department. Furthermore, Anqing Foreign Language School planned the school work, set job objectives and launched specific tasks as early as possible.
In the second place, Principal Assistant Lu Dan delivered a keynote report to the inspection unit in which he mentioned the condition and guarantee of the school work, safety management of school premises, food and drinking water security, health and epidemic prevention management, school bus safety management, campus security management, safety education in addition to other priorities.
In the third place, the checking group understood the funding work of Anqing Foreign Language School’s students, looked through the school work materials and paid a field trip to the school canteen and other places.
All in all, the inspection team highly affirmed the solid and efficient implementation of Anqing Foreign Language School’s school work. They all agreed that our school had clear targets and was outstanding in organization, protection and management.
